Lelystad Airport has undergone a rigorous transformation with upgraded infrastructure and active Air Traffic Control. These upgrades bring new opportunities for the development of business aviation, MRO facilities and flight training. AirportCreators was tasked with developing a non-rigid approach which allows Lelystad Airport to anticipate and accommodate several growth scenarios. We developed a GIS-based tool, empowering Lelystad Airport to evaluate, adapt and create scenarios in a cloud environment.
