Lelystad Airport’s new terminal

Project at a glance

Sustainable, future proof and innovative

Part of Lelystad Airport’s development program is the new terminal. With a capacity of 9 million passengers per year (final stage), this will be one of the busiest terminals in the Netherlands. This terminal is not just a building; it is developed as a completely new and innovative concept. With the (future) leisure traveller in mind, the terminal will be comfortable, efficient, sustainable and pleasant, providing a seamless journey. The compact and highly efficient design will provide a journey of only 25 minutes. In accordance to Lelystad Airport’s ambitions, the terminal will be LEED gold certified.
